Service advisor Ana Mejia was top-drawer. She was concerned about my wait. She was concerned about discovering my car needed more repair work than anticipated. She cobbled together as much of a discount as she could have authorized. She offered a future free detail job for my car. I appreciate all that.

Went in to buy a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter and talked to Juhree Barnett and she was amazing!! She really made us feel comfortable providing us with drinks and snacks as we waited. To the Service Manager and the Customer Service Department,I apologize for being so late on this letter. Usually I respond using the "Survey Request" that is sent out by Mercedes-Benz, but due to some tragic events in the family I neglected to do that this time. Now the survey request seems to be deleted from my email box.My 2011 E-Class BlueTec was in your shop during December 2017 with some rather "hard-to-fix" electrical problems. During this time Greg Mason stayed in contact with me during the entire repair making sure I was apprised of the status of the work. Greg always keeps things very professional and at the same time adds a nice personal touch to his job. He knows that I live in Cairo, Egypt so he always checks the time (Cairo Time) before he calls me. He and the other folks (Nicole) that take care of us there in Clear Lake always make sure that a courtesy car is made available in a timely matter, if required. During early December my wife Terri and I were on "home leave" and I was doing some work in our Houston office. A very nice courtesy car was provided during that time and, even though I missed my E350, I had a very nice replacement. I appreciate this level of care and attention very much.I am sending a letter with more information but wanted to post this online for you.
