The saleswoman was spot on with all questions and had outstanding service. She showed me and drove with me 5 vehicles in 2 hours. Once I chose the vehicle, I would like to purchase they gave me their best price on the first try, no back-and-forth nonsense. I recommend this dealer hands down, not to mention their coffee was on point.

Brought the Mercedes in for repair. The loaner we’d booked in advance was ready. After the problem was found I was able to approve the repair online. The car was ready the same day the repair was approved.

They are always accommodating, Alex Rodriquez always is very helpful n gets me in when I need to get my car there. The waiting area I love,is always clean, fresh coffee and great snacks.
My vehicle wiper got damage during a car wash and call for a replacement ans had ir ready for me. also same visit notice my vehicle had low tire pressure. workers inspected the car and it had a nail and tire was replaced same day.

Today was my first time visiting Mercedes-Benz Clearlake for car service, and I must say everything was exceptional. From the timely check-in process to arranging an Uber ride for me, taking me home, and picking me up later, they truly went above and beyond. My car was cleaned immaculately inside and out, and the service was performed perfectly. Jorge, the gentleman I worked with, was incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend their services!

I was pleased with the process of checking the car in and determining what needed to be done. I was pleased with the repairs and the price charged. I was not pleased with the difficulty of finding out if my car was ready or not. The on-line information source never worked, kept saying "oops, not available" and getting information over the telephone was not successful the first time and tedious the second time.
Excellent service and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem as well. Very knowledgeable service technicians. Thank you

Excellent advice and service for the A/C issues with my ML350. Work was completed in a timely manner. Loaner vehicle was not needed since I have a second vehicle. Uber services were provided and used to my home at no cost to me. I declined Uber service for vehicle pickup, it was not necessary. Overall the repair/replacement service and the courteous and professional treatment were excellent.

After having issue after issue with my 2023 sprinter van at Sewell Mercedes Benz of Houston. They replaced my defective engine. Took 3.5 months. I transport rescue pups and every trip after I got it back the engine light came on. 4 different times. My last trip I was in NY and lost all of the power steering and every safety feature. I had to drive from NY back to Houston with no power steering or safety features. called my service advisor Joey and he didn’t even sound concerned. Not even how soon can you get it here?. I was beyond frustrated ...
