Mercedes Benz of Clear Lake is a five stars dealership in the state of Texas. They go above and beyond for their customers questions and concerns. Specially sales per Nadia and sales manage Allen are the best personal I met at the MB of Clear Lake. They made my purchase very easy and answered all my concerns. That made my life easy and made my experience very pleasant!
I worked with repair and services,and found the part needed for 2004 SLK special edition.

Roof top was not completely fixed. Issue remains but air is less. I'm sure if the technician would have driven the vehicle at highway speed he would have noticed the issue.

It was very easy to buy a car at MB Clear Lake. JR was a terrific Sales rep, listening and responding to our needs. The Sales team put together the deal we needed and the Service folks expedited some quick checks/fixes I requested before we closed.
Madison was very helpful providing transportation while being serviced & ensuring promptness. The design of the building is nice. I love the lobby & friendly staff. I won’t be getting my car serviced elsewhere.

Brought my car for service. Fantastic experience. They had everything lined up for my scheduled appt. A luxurious waiting area and after the service I received a video explanation from the technician of the service with my vehicle showing components of the service. Exceptional experience. .
Best customer service. Timely resolve the issue. They are polite and professional. The only issue was the sales guy I spoke to on Friday didn’t put the appointment down.

Zeke is a ROCKSTAR! With the exception of one trip he has been my service rep for all three cars I purchased from this dealership. If he weren’t there, I would find someone else to work on my car. He doesn’t always say what I want to hear but he always says what I need to hear. I trust him implicitly.

Having a 0700 Appointment at MBZ OF CLEAR LAKE driving from Manvel and not having My coffee I felt like I should’ve made a later appointment.. Driving up to the dealership and making that right turn into the drive way and seeing the service doors open for me a hand waved me at me and I was greeted by a very big smile and was Welcomed by my Service Advisor TRENT PHAM! He treated me like Royalty and Trustworthy heart.. His professional attitude and attention was expedited with excellent care.. I needed that to start my day because that experience ...

Drove to the dealership late Saturday morning with a front left tire that was 15 lbs short on air. The serviceman found a large bolt that penetrated the outer edge. Got me in a loner and I was able to get back to my election campaign. Great team of service people helping each other to solve customer problems. One of the best in Houston.

It was my first time having maintenance on my car, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is thanks to Patrick Williams that I wasn't overwhelmed by everthing. As soon as he said hello to me he smiled and shakes my hand, which to me helps me feel more comfortable and respected. He made sure to tell me things about my car and how the inspection process goes. Patrick Williams is truly a wonderful man who treats his clients with the upmost respect. Thank you a ton to this great man.

Very nice facilities. Teresa handled my service appointment with professionalism. Communication and diagnosis were extremely well executed through text and calls. My only disappointment was that one of the issues they said was fixed was not. A/c was not blowing cold. All other repairs seem to be very good. I do plan on coming back to this location as it is very well run.

I scraped a wheel pretty badly, I stopped by the dealership without an appointment and they had me on my way in just a little more than one hour! My wheel shows none of the damage anymore! I’m very happy.

Hello. I was there for a detailed cleaning last Friday. I noticed the last 2 days the volume control on the steering wheel, the + symbol is peeled. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off. It looks like the black plastic cover is peeled and It might continue peeling. Can you please fix it? Please let me know. I can send a picture per your request. Thanks
