Doesn't get any better than this!  I read all the posted review and wasn't certain what to expect out of the dealership.  However, feel I got the red carpet treatment sales David Coleman a honest straight up good guy.  I love my car named Jewel and I've experienced everything from sales to service.  And I'm a happy customer.

We recently put our 2015 GLA 4matic in the shop this past weekend for a recall. My wife was greeted very nicely by Elizabeth Bockman (service advisor). Elizabeth went out to take a look at the car and told my wife that she could almost guarantee that we needed four new tires. She promptly got my wife into a loaner car, which is very considerate of Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake. Elizabeth sent us the full inspection report of everything that passed and failed (needed to be done). My wife went to the dealership to pick up our car this past Monday (Labor Day 2018). Elizabeth took her time going over the whole inspection report and even talked to my wife until the dealership closed (one hour AFTER Elizabeth was supposed to leave). My wife stated that Elizabeth was very nice and made her feel comfortable. My wife asked Elizabeth if they did price matching on the oil change which was $179.99 as well as for four new tires/installation/balancing/disposal fee and she stated that the $179.99 was the price for the oil and she printed out several different types of tire quotes from Mercedes-Benz USA website which came to almost $1500. She stated that they could match the price for the tires that she'd printed out, but can't match prices from "DC" (a well known busy tire company). I prefer to do research at home especially spending that kind of money. Therefore, after my research I received a quote from a tire company on better quality tires than what Elizabeth had printed out-$808 out the door for all four 19" tires (a top rated brand) out the door along with three year protection and free rotation. My wife and I keep our vehicles until they are paid off. Therefore, we are all about taking great care of them and keeping up to date when it comes to maintenance. My wife has worked for a well known dealership back in Dallas in the service department and knows the dealership side of prices. When we both evaluated the inspection report it recommended "Service B" that would cost $399, four new tires/alignment $1,617.20 along with the recommended services that included wiper blades for $124, air filter for $122 equals a SUBTOTAL for $2,262.20 plus an additional $49.00 for shop supplies (rags, etc.), $139.99 for sales tax which equals a TOTAL of $2,451.19. There was no explanation in the papers for "Service B". I went to the Mercedes-Benz website to find out what all it included for the $399.00 price. I found that everything listed under "Service B" were the things that our car had "passed" in the full detailed inspection along with some of the recommended services that were already included in the total outside of the $399.00 "Service B" plan. The service my wife received by Elizabeth was awesome. However, I would recommend all dealerships that the "Service" plans be detailed what a customer would be receiving, price matching with their competitors and lowering their rates just a bit.
