Arrived for my designated maintenance arranged by Scott Williamson. Discussed the needed items and work began Two hours later work was completed and I was leaving the Service Department in a properly maintained vehicle.

I had a flat tire. Called MB 24hr road side assistance. Got towed my vehicle to Clearlake MB dealership. I called Trent a service specialist. He was amazing. My tire got replaced quickly. I was give an option for uber ride to dealership. Overall amazing experience. 5 stars!
Great customer service our advisor communicated with us during our visit with updates. She was very efficient and knowledgeable in making sure we were informed with all warranties and future maintenance.
Jesus did a great job of keeping me in the loop regarding what would be required and what it would cost. The cost of the labor to replace two parts on the bumper was high around $900, but I know he doesn't set the labor pricing. The customer service he provided was excellent.

Drop the car off for some work, came back with check engine, light, and severehail damage. Our car never even stays outside in the rain. It’s always Garage and they had it outside in a severe thunderstorm with hail. They said there’s nothing they can do because it’s an act of God. You would think high class dealership would at least have covered spots for their cars.

This dealer gave me a better deal on a 2023 Kia, that I could find nationwide. I traveled 750 miles to get the car, and besides a little hiccup doing a wire transfer, I was treated great. Nelson Sioson did his best to treat me right and help me get going. There were a few minor dings in the body, which they made disappear! Gave me a full tank of gas, and I'm very pleased with the car. Now I have to change my opinion about car dealers. A very low pressure, pleasant experience with everyone I was involved there.

I had an outstanding experience during my recent service visit. Jesus Villegas, my service adviser, walked me through the entire process clearly and efficiently. The transition was seamless with no issues or unexpected changes. Overall, the level of service provided was excellent.
I called, got appointment next day, was told clearly privet and time. I had a warranty issue that would require part, Scott got me an Uber home and picked up again next day. No complaints.
The environment is calm, relaxed, and extremely clean. I truly enjoyed my visit with David S. He took the time to listen to my needs and proceeded to execute my situation flawlessly. I had brought my '25 Grand Design 'Lineage' 25 FM Series M RV (a.k.a. the Grey Fox) to Mercedes-Benz for service. It is based on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4500. Scott Williamson was my service technician. He was very courteous and answered all of my concerns regarding my MB Sprinter 4500 engine. It was a pleasure that Scott provided transportation to and from the shop. He even had my Grey Fox washed.
They were great to work with, followed through with everything promised on time. Truly a classy company.

I’m having to bring my car back literally the next day after picking it up and having almost 3,000 dollars worth of repairs done, just to have my vehicle have issues 15 minutes into driving it home from the dealership.
Alex and the team in service always take top notch care of me and I appreciate how efficient they are!
Great customer service, didn’t push any extra services. Appointment process is super easy and convenient. They offer a video if anything comes up during the inspection. Very professional, highly recommend this dealership to everyone
Our service advisor Madison at MB Clesr Lake should be the example how the client is treated/ updated/ etc. She’s gone above and beyond for us, ensuring we were given all options, directly speaking the the technicians so she’s got a better understanding of what and how to relay said information. Dealer prices are what they are, it’s the treatment/ communication/ and overall feeling of that experience that matters; only wish everyone could have her as their advisor. The director Daniel Reicherts went over and beyond to help us. We had an unexpected road hazard, misplaced lugnut key and needed a new tire. He made sure we were taken care even though service dept was busy. He took the time and found a replacement tire the next day. Great customer service overall from parts and service department as well.

We had a great experience. We didn’t purchase our first Mercedes here but still had excellent customer service, so we decided to visit when we were ready to purchase another vehicle. Nelson was such a great salesman. He is always ready and willing to answer any questions we have while learning all the new features. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Mercedez-Benz of Clear Lake, and I was very pleased! I had my car serviced there, which went very smoothly, and I must give a shout out to my service advisor, Allan! He was so courteous and helpful, and also very communicative! He kept me constantly informed on my car's progress. While I was there, I also test drove a couple of vehicles and their sales staff is excellent - not pushy, but helpful and very informative. If you own or are interested in Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend MB of Clear Lake!

My Benz has only been serviced at Clear Lake MB since it was new. They have gone the distance to treat me fairly and honestly every step along the way, even representing my case to the mfg when warranty didn’t quite meet Benz standards. Car has always been returned to me in excellent condition, spotless, inside and out. The AI phone system could use some improvement, however.

We had an amazing experience here. Our Mercedes broke down and within 30 minutes they had it on it’s way to the dealership through Mercedes roadside assistant. They communicated the whole time they had the car and fixed it in a timely manner. No hassling or pushing me to do things that didn’t need to be done like you light experience at other places.

2013 Mercedes Benz S550 I was here for the A service to be done. The staff from front to all the way manager were at their best. Especially, manager Daniel was awesome and understanding. Got the oil changed and winterized. Had the brakes checked out and fixed the recalls
Check in and scheduling very good. Pickup was a little slow since original check in person was not available. Parts counter not manned and was long time to just buy a fuel and oil filter

My check engine light had never been on, I leave clear lake Mercedes dealership after routine service and maintenance, spark plugs and filters, and within 10 minutes of driving off the premise the check engine light came on, coincidence I think not. Taking back in the morning for hopefully corrective action at he dealership dime. Very frustrating to say the lease.
