The manager of service department is rude and talk down to customer. He told me to talk to my car and ask the car as if I am stupid.

My new car got a flat. Mercedes roadside service took it to my dealer in late morning. My flat tire got fixed that same day. I own a 2013 Mercedes Benz C350. I called MB-Clear Lake and made an appointment for the car to be checked out because it seemed to have a problem with acceleration. I mentioned that I was able to drive the car up and down the driveway the prior day. April 3rd my car was towed to the MBenzCL Service Department. I met Emily (Assigned as my Service "advisor")? Highly recommend!! I was traveling through and found a bad leak from the differential on our sprinter van. They managed to get me in the morning after I called and I was out by 1pm. They found and fixed a recall and washed the van all for a very fair price. I would go out of my way to buy and service my MB here. very friendly place, great service!! .

We had an excellent experience today beginning with the young man that greeted us to our Service Rep Alex Rodriguez, with his exceptional attention and professional help and knowledge. Even though we have a dealership in Alamo Texas near us, we will drive from our home town in Palmview Texas every time that we need service from now on. We purchases the car here and this is where we will come from now on.

Our sales associate, Efrain, was exceptional. He was very patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Additionally, he was honest and straightforward and we didn’t feel like we were being fed a bunch of xx. After looking at other dealerships we decided to make the purchase from Efrain. We called him to let him know, and he started working on the paperwork before we arrived, which made our wait time to drive away with the car minimal. Thanks, Efrain!

One of the the friendliest dealerships I’ve been to. Derrick and Shad are excellent professionals that won’t leave you feeling manipulated or offended. They both will work with you to find the vehicle, test drive, and get the payment and APR where you may need. Although I didn’t end up with a C300, they were definitely willing to make it happen and were very transparent. Highly recommend you go to Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake.

They failed to disclose a prior accident, instead blaming the absence of the incident on CARFAX. However, my mechanic identified the issue within the first five minutes of inspection. Additionally, they neglected to inform me about an existing recall on the vehicle. To make matters worse, the mileage on the paperwork was incorrect. When I initially spoke with Brett, the sales manager, I was met with smooth-talking sales tactics and no accountability. However, after the issues I raised, Brett finally took some responsibility. I needed service on car along w warranty work. I was recently diagnosed with illness and staying at MD Anderson in Houston. I felt like it was a great time to get needed work done , it also saved me $ not keeping car at medical center parking. The technicians were aware of my situation and kept me apprised of the work being done & were happy w letting me keep car there until close to discharge date. First class Mercedes dealer! Been a customer for almost 10 years with two vehicles and use exclusively for all service needs. The dealership itself if alright. Most of the time the advisors try to help you to the best of their capabilities but sometimes there is a bad egg. The previous service advisor we worked with the last two times, Shane, has always gone above and beyond to help me and my family with our vehicle issues. I’d recommend anyone speaking to him or learning how he handles clients to have new hires train with him. He does exceptional work.

Trent Pham has been my personal maintenance assistant since I purchased my vehicle. He goes above and beyond to provide me all the details, charges and makes sure I completely understand. and satisfied.

I called to schedule service and asked for a day that a loaner car would be available. Service scheduling told me on the phone that I could get a loaner car when I dropped off the car. Service advisor said it doesn’t work that way and I had to wait at the dealership, which I had not planned to do. I cut short my list of repair services because I couldn’t wait longer than the minimum possible.

Service Agent (Patrick) greeted me and kept informed every step of the way. Waiting area was excellent and well maintained. Patrick’s customer service is top notch!

Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the Mercedes brand. Jair Sempero, the salesperson assigned to us, demonstrated unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for our time throughout the process. Initially, we negotiated a deal on a CLE that sold before we could see it. Instead of offering alternatives, Jair simply dismissed us with a text saying the car was sold.
